EUROFORM EXHIBITS FACTORY FINISHED FLOORING SYSTEM AND SHIPLAP CLADDING FOR OFFSITE SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Euroform will be exhibiting its Versafloor® factory finished flooring system and WeatherClad® low maintenance, wood effect shiplap cladding at Offsite Expo.
Aimed at specifiers looking for the latest offsite solutions, Offsite Expo runs for two days, September 17 to 18, at the Coventry Building Society Arena, Coventry.
Developed for the modular and volumatic construction industry where modules are of a repetitive sizing, Euroform’s Versafloor® System is supplied in a finished form, so minimising site work.
Versafloor® is a cement bonded particle board manufactured to BS EN 634-1 and BS EN 634-2. Providing high levels of performance in the presence of moisture and good acoustic performance. It is intended for internal use as a structural floor.
Exhibition visitors will also be able to see Euroform’s WeatherClad® wood effect fibre cement plank. Supplied in a wide range of colours, WeatherClad® carries third party BDA Agrément certification. With a random embossed grain natural timber look, WeatherClad® is durable for exterior use and is commonly applied to a supporting framework of timber battens. Overall, WeatherClad’s combination of durability, ease of installation, and compliance with safety standards makes it an ideal choice for offsite assembly in the manufacture of modular buildings. Its properties help streamline the construction process while ensuring that the final product is both high-quality and fit for purpose.
Euroform will be joined on Stand D20 by structural steel, roofing and cladding provider Steadmans and temporary site protection experts Ockwells.
A leading UK manufacturer of roofing and cladding profiles, Steadmans will display/be available to discuss its range of structural steel components, key to define the structure of offsite wall, floor and roof sections. Steadman’s manufacture a wide range of Zed, Cee and Eaves Beam sections and accessories, formed from hot dipped galvanised steel coil to BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G -Z275. Zed, Cee and Eaves Beams sections to can be made specifically customer requirements, along with individual designs for special applications.
